Mobile Hot Air Oven For Welding Electrodes

Rasci Instruments, an ISO 9001: 2008 quality certified company, offers a Mobile Hot Air Oven. The outer fabrication of the oven is of mild steel, powder coated. The space between the walls is tightly packed with special grade glass wool. This is specially used for drying of welding electrodes. It has easy to move, heavy-duty carrying handle and solid-state relay control circuit, and is provided with high quality locking arrangements. An easy to replace new heater and heater safety circuit is provided. This mobile handy oven is heated by nichrome strip heater. The temperature inside is maintained at any operating range by a digital automatic temperature controller. The company also offers micro processor based high accuracy customised controller, with strip chart recorder, temperature data logger for PC interfacing, memory storage 1000 data per channel, direct printer port and suitable software package. The oven is compact in size, and very competitively priced. The unit can be drawn from the front for easy servicing.
