The Band Heaters are made in mica and ceramic insulation and made out of M.S, brass and S.S. sheet. These heaters are used in varied heating and cooling applications.
Mica Band Heaters: Offering them in MW quartz IR heating modules, the resistance wire of these heaters are enclosed in a small diameter quartz tube running parallel to each other and mounted in a special housing. IR heating modules half are available in different wattage's from 125 to 650 watt and IR heating modules full are available from 250 to 1000 watt.
Ceramic Band Heaters: Offering them in short wave infrared heating module based ceramic band heaters. They are the ideal solution in the application on infrared heat technology. They save the user design costs and time and are substantially less expensive than complete infrared systems. These gold-coated single/twin tube short wave IR heaters are available with different type of terminations as per the requirement.
