Mesh Belt Furnace For Carbonitriding Of Steel Parts

The furnaces of the T120 series have been engineered by Safed for continuous hardening, carburizing and carbonitriding of high-quality steel parts. This high-end type of furnace features a production capacity of up to 900 kg per hour for carbonitriding. Sophisticated measuring and control systems ensure precise and reproducible process parameter control. A gas-tight alloy muffle and the built-in gas generator provide an optimal atmosphere in the furnace in an energy efficient way. Optimal gas circulation is achieved in the individual processing areas by means of one or several fan units. Electrically or gas fired furnaces are available. Either system ensures precise temperature control in the entire heating chamber.
