Infrared (Quartz) Heater

Infrared (Quartz) Heater is designed to save power between 30% and 60% compared to conventional metallic heaters. IR heaters are 400 mm to 2200 mm in length, having capacity from 250 W to 4 kW, and working voltage of 230 V/440 V. The surface temperature of IR heater is 1050?C and product temperature can be achieved up to 500?C with specific design of the system. The product temperature can be controlled by varying voltage of IR heaters with auto transformer (variac) or AC controller, by varying the speed of the products in the conveyorised oven, by varying the distance between the product and IR heaters. The IR heaters are applicable for drying and curing of products in industries like powder coating, electroplating, drying flux of welding electrodes, chemicals, mirror drying, baking varnish and enamel, lacquering metal parts, sprayed shoe leather, fibres, fabrics, printing inks, surgical tapes, adhesive-BOPP tapes, PVC embossing, leather cloth, binding cloth, jute carpets, paper cones, silicone coating, and removal of moisture from food products. The IR heaters can be supplied with stainless steel, reflectors. The installation of IR heaters is very simple and can be incorporated in the existing stand alone ovens and also in conveyorised ovens.
