It has successfully bagged orders from prestigious customers like BARC, DMRL, DRDL, Advanced Systems Laboratory and Research Centre Imarat ? DRDO, Ministry of Defence, Government of India. The company has also supplied various kinds of furnaces to steel, aluminium and automobile sectors in India and abroad. Recently the company supplied and demonstrated a CVI/CVD furnace system for carbon and silicon carbide for high temperature composite development. The company has tie ups with various European furnace manufacturers and specialist technocrats for specific fields such as chemical vapour infiltration and deposition, brazing, tool coating, etc. In collaboration with them, the company has developed furnaces for Indian customers to suit their specific needs. The company has successfully developed age hardening and solution heat treatment plants for alloy conductor and automotive alloy castings. Similarly, a chemical vapour infiltration and deposition furnace system for carbon and silicon carbide composites was developed. It is for the first time in India a CVI system for silicon carbide was indigenously manufactured. It has also developed aluminium brazing furnaces with know-how from European specialist technocrats. The product range: high temperature furnaces: air, reducing or neutral atmosphere up to 1800?C, vacuum furnaces up to 2800?C; vacuum brazing furnaces for metals to metals and ceramic to metals, heat treatment furnaces ? pit type, sealed quench for gas carburising, carbo-nitriding, etc., nitriding furnaces, bogie hearth furnaces, fixed hearth furnace with charging machine, lab furnaces, crucible type aluminium melting furnaces, vacuum heat treatment furnace with oil and gas quenching facility, solution treatment and ageing furnace for all alloy aluminium conductors and alloy aluminium castings for automobiles.
