Industrial Oil Heaters

Burnax India offers Industrial Oil Preheaters for furnace oil/RFO. The outflow of the heaters ranges from 3 to 150 kW and in line heaters is from 3 to 150 kW. It is fitted with renewable cartridge type heating elements to replace the heating elements without draining the fuel tank. The outflow heaters can be directly fitted on tanks, which avoids complete heating of the tank fuel oil, thus reducing the electrical energy. The heating elements can be changed easily. The heaters are fabricated from MS and are fitted with renewable cartridge. The surface area of the tubes is designed for low watt density to avoid carbonisation of oil. Heaters up to 3 kW are designed for use on 230 V AC single phase, while those 4.5 kW and above need 440 V, 3-phase AC supply. All heaters are provided with dual thermostat where one is used for operation and other is used for safety with indicating lamps. A thermometer is also provided with heaters to monitor the temperature. Inlet/outlet/drain connections are provided and a safety valve is provided for higher capacity.
