Induction Heating Machines

Boss Engineers offers Radio Frequency Induction Heating Machine. Induction heating is used for heating precisely predetermined areas of electrically conductive materials, such as steel and other metals. Surface hardening, for instance, can be preset to exactly the required depth, and all parts in the following production batch will have the same characteristics, since the repeatability of the process is excellent. The process consists of the coil producing an alternating magnetic field that moves the electrons and therefore produces heat. Pipe welding: in induction welding of tube and pipe products metal strip is formed between specially designed rollers, the seam is brought together under a small amount of pressure and the electric current is induced along the seam to bring about the welding. Application scope: surface hardening with low case depth; annealing small dia wires; brazing thin sections; shrink fitting; pipe welding; tube degassing; RF drying. Features: sharp heating on particular place; total fault condition on panel; grid current control; quick change of coil; heating time adjustable; auto filament voltage controller; and auto or manual, local and even remote operation possible.
