Immersion Heaters

Theeta Electricals Pvt. Ltd. offers Immersion Heaters - with selection of KW ratings, sizes, terminal enclosures, sheath material, the Immersion heaters can be designed for wide range of heating mediums, tank sizes, and temperatures.

The following type of Immersion heaters can be designed

• Screw Plug: These are heating elements brazed or welded on the plug, which can be directly screwed on the tank wall
• Flanged: These are heating elements brazed or welded on a flange and are provided with electrical enclosure. Mainly used in pressure vessels and tanks. Available in wide range of flange sizes and electrical enclosures
• Over the side: These are mounted from the side walls, ideal for use where its and open vessel or where top mounting is not possible. These require little space and can be easily removed for servicing and are also convenient for use in smaller tanks
