Jasubhai Engineering offers Hot Air Generators. These are direct-fired generators designed for production of bulk quantity of hot air. These hot air generators are designed as per specifications and requirement of the customers. Features: a wide range of heat release from 0.6 million to 50 million Kcal/hr and above; wide temperature range between 200°C to 1000°C; designed for either positive or negative pressure conditions in the combustion chamber; works on 98% thermal efficiencies; hot air generators can fire on almost all kind of fuels, which includes light fuel oil, heavy fuel oil, LPG, natural gas, low calorific value fuel, etc., or in combination of any fuel; high turndown ratio; better temperature control; state-of-the-art technology burners; manual/automatic controls; vertical/horizontal unit to suit the customers plant layout; aerodynamic design ensures proper mixing of products of combustion with mixing chamber to give bulk hot air at uniform and consistent temperature with minimum pressure drop; proper selection of refractory for longer life; and skid mounted compact unit for easy installation and erection.
