Hot air generator

Target Tools based at Coimbatore has come out with ?Euro? Hot Air Generator that finds application in industries such as cement, sugar, rubber, wood seasoning, coir foam, textile processing, chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, fertilizer and seed processing industries. The compact machine is designed and manufactured in various models depending upon the customer?s requirements and can be easily dismantled for loading, unloading, erection and commissioning. Working Principle: The atmospheric air enters through the economiser tubes, which is preheated with flue gas temperature. The pre-heated air enters the main chamber where it is superheated with the help of a burner. The outlet volume will be regulated according to the speed (increased volume with increased speed and vice-versa) by the AC drive. The minimum and maximum temperature point of hot air will be set at the temperature controller. The temperature controller controls the burner (low and high flame) depending upon the temperature by an automatic process. The complete operation works on the principle of direct firing system i.e. the flue gas will be completely separated from the hot air. The flue gas will pass the main chamber to the economiser through the insulated pipeline. The outlet flue gas goes out at 150 Degree Celsius. With the help of burner the diesel consumption can be read i.e. through mechanical and digital reading and PC monitoring is also possible to test the machine running hours, current volt rating, current amps rating and fuel consumption.
