HIGH TEMPERATURE CHAMBER FURNACES

High-temperature furnaces from Thermconcept range are developed for a wide range of applications in laboratories and production. They can be used for testing, analysing, sintering and other purposes. Fields of application include chemistry, materials research and technical ceramics. Technical ceramics, for example, are materials with a bright future and enormous growth potential. With these high-temperature furnaces one always has state-of-the-art technology at hand. The furnace program range includes: high-temperature chamber furnaces with capacities from 4 to 400 litres; for temperature ranges from 1600°C to 1800°C; heating is performed in all models by the sidewalls. Additional heating via the rear wall is also available; for furnaces with a capacity above 20 litres a base is included as standard; and high-temperature hood furnaces are available on request. Technical features: double-lined housing with rear ventilation and fan cooling, hence very low outer wall temperatures, pleasant working conditions; outer housing executed as robust and elegant frame; inner housing, bottom and front in stainless steel; parallel moving door, keeping hot side away from operator; furnace insulation made of high-quality fibre materials; and heating elements made of molybdenum disilicide.
