Heavy Duty Heat Gun

The Heavy Duty Heat Gun, Varitemp is industrial quality heat gun having temperature range of ambient to 400?C. The temperature can be dialled from ambient to 400?C and temperature control locks in to prevent variation during operation. The heat gun has power rating of 1,680 watts having air velocity of 3,000 FPM and air volume of 17 CFM, which equals 451 1/min. The heat gun has double protected element housing, die-cast aluminium housing, reinforced mica insulated ceramic heating element makes the heat gun a, rugged reliable source of flameless heat. It has powerful high speed universal motor, adjustable air volume intake, externally accessible brush holders, three-position rocker switch for Off-Cold-Hot position, non-slip rubber backed base which permits 90-degree rotation and controlled well balanced handle. All master heat guns can be continuously operated for 6 to 8 hours, then cool it for just three minutes and again can be operated for 6 to 8 hours. The gun can be used wherever flameless heat is needed like welding of thermoplastic sheets, containers, shrink packaging materials, foils along with various other applications. A selection of different standard size nozzles is available for different applications.
