Heatless Air Dryer

Heatless air dryers are designed and manufactured for high reliability and ease of use. They are painted with long lasting corrosion resistance epoxy paint. Towers are amply sized according to international codes, to save heat of adsorption and to minimize purge air usage. Velocities are limited through tower to prevent bed fluidisation and avoid desiccant dusting. The large desiccant bed ensures sufficient contact to produce -40°C dew point (-60°C dew point or better is also possible). Separate fill and drain ports for ease of desiccant replacement. The heater has a pressure gauge on both the towers. Every dryer is equipped with a pre filter, oil filter and an after filter. Pre filter is fitted with double-seat pneumatic auto drain valve, which discharges the condensate during change over of tower. Heatless air dryers are in a sturdy box frame with a complete floor stand to withstand vibration and transit damage. The control panel is compact and user-friendly with mimic panel indication. The various operations like drying, regeneration are indicated by LEDs. It has highly accurate motorized cam timer. Facilitates highly accurate purge flow with the help of well-designed orifice to avoid tampering of purge at site. A range of heatless air dryers are available with the capacity of 20 cfm to 2000 cfm with operating pressure up to 12.5 bar. A separate series is available to cater high-pressure requirements, up to 42 bars. The company also manufactures dryers with 400 bar operating pressure.
