The mixers are used in processing of dry blend in the area of rigid and plasticised PVC, thermoplastics, ABS, PE, PP for drying blending and wet coating, ceramics, dyes and colours, pharmaceuticals and other allied industries. It is a combination of high speed mixer and cooling mixer. The material in high speed mixer during mixing operation is heated by utilisation of frictional heat and then transferred to the cooling mixer in order to always keep it in free flowing conditions, suitable for storage, transport and subsequent process. Model JHC is suitable for rigid PVC formulation; while JHC P is suitable for plasticised formulation. The mix weights are valid for PVC formulae with an apparent density of 0.5 kg/l inclusive of additives and final temperature of 120? C of heating mixer and 45?C for cooling mixer and for plasticised PVC with a percentage of plasticisers not greater than 40 p.h.r. Direct current motors, frequency variators, or soft-start can be fitted to all models on request.
