Heat tracers, thermotrace

Thermopads manufactures heat tracers- Thermotrace. These are flexible heat tracers/ heating tapes that could be installed on process/ product vessels/ tanks/ pipeline/ equipment carrying viscous liquids. Thereby, to maintain it at required process temperatures/ elevated temperatures ranging from ambient to an extent of 150°C (even up to 200°C in quite few applications). This facilitates easy flow and result in low pumping energy/ efficient use of the product in the process/ good quality of the product after the process. These are two wire insulated heating element in two different constructions: one with series element construction by model name "Thermotrace FTT". This type of tracers are available in standard manufacturing lengths duly terminated and tested at the factory and are used in engineered installations where the detail drawings giving the lengths/ dimensions of the equipment are furnished. The other type is with parallel element construction by model names "Thermotrace CTLPT" and "Thermotrace CTLSR" based on the insulation material used. This type of tracers is supplied in rolls and can be cut to the required lengths at site, installed and field terminated. Our heat tracers are rugged in construction, highly flexible with flat configuration for efficient heat transfer giving uniform heat output with very precise design tolerance. These are highly inherent to chemicals/ oils and other corrosive elements and designed for a long life. Applications: oil/ gas handling systems, refineries and petrochemical industries; chemical, paint, food, confectionary; power generation plants; pharmaceuticals, fertilizers, process industries and freeze protection applications.
