Greaser, high pressure

Turbo air operated high-pressure greaser is portable type greasing equipment for pressurised greasing purpose. The equipment is fitted on a sturdy trolley with rigid axle attached to two wheels for easy transportation even on rough roads. The "turn to open and close the lid" ensures easy opening of the cover form the drum. The equipment is built to last and perform with good operating efficiency. They are sturdy and fitted with high quality control and skilfully designed to achieve perfection. The equipment can be operated at various inlet air pressures ranging from 2 to l0 kg/cm?. A quick coupler is provided to connect the inlet air easily. A bigger operated grease injector controls the output of grease. To operate the pump, press the trigger and release when the required quantity of grease is discharged. On releasing the trigger the pump stops working automatically. The pump can be operated at different outlet pressure by regulating the inlet air pressure. The normal inlet air pressure is set at the factory and if desired the pressure can be varied by loosening or tightening the bolt on the air control valve. The equipment is also provided with a pressure plate to handle all grades of grease and help to eliminate air pockets in the grease This ensure continues output of grease during operation. This equipment is available 10, 25 and 50 kg container sizes.
