Gas Burners

Ecosafe Solutions offers Gas Burners. We offer three different versions of Gas burners, which are suitable for either LPG / LNG or even piped Natural Gas. From as small as 25000 Kcal/hr upto 3 million kcal/hr. Olympia Gas burners are the safest and also ensure fuel economy. They are designed for both LPG ( Pressure: 280 mm WC) as well as LNG (200 mm WC). Gas pressure switch, air pressure switch, sequence controller form integral part of the burners for safe operation, smooth start up and shut down. All the models are easy to install, inspect and maintenance. Output values given are at 0 mm WC furnace pressure.
There are Three types of Gas Burners, They are: KSY Series Gas Burners, GOM Series Gas Burners, AG Series Gas Burners. These Sreies of Gas Burners comes in various models. GOM Series were specially developed to meet the requirement of more reasonable prices, by applying "direct ignition system". In the gas burner AG series, there are abundant variations from a domestic small sized burner to an industrial large-scale one. We can offer the most suitable model for the purpose and the condition of a hot water boiler, small once-through boiler, an absorption chiller, a drying furnace, and others from wide-range customers.
The pilot burner is of a flame retention system. It performs the stable flames even in turbulent air flow can be ensured. A strong pilot flame can secure ignition of the main burner. The Olympia gas burner has essentially no danger of a backfire as it employs an external (dispersion) mixture combustion method. This ensures stable combustion in a wide range of applications. The burner and controller are safety-first designed in conformity to the safety requirements for the gas appliances and equipment. Well-arranged layout of the burner head, fan, and controller results entirely compact construction to enable effective use of a small space. Both the main and the pilot burner are o designed as to allow simple removal and reinstallation, thus providing ease of nspection, cleaning and other maintenance.
