Furnaces, Fluidised Bed Plastic/Paint Stripping

Fluidtherm Technology offers fluidized bed plastic/ paint stripping furnaces. Painted/ polymer coated hardware like breaker plates, spinnerettes, dies, tips, sprone bushings, moulds, jigs, fixtures, etc, can be effectively cleaned in these furnaces. The high heat transfer rates of fluidised beds greatly increase the speed of processing, thereby reducing energy consumption and machine down time. The temperature uniformity of fluidised bed (? 3?C) results in consistent and uniform stripping quality. In addition, these furnaces are dry, safe, inert and non-corrosive and hence avoid the problems of explosion, corrosion or salt solidification encountered in salt baths. Fitted with optimal equipments like scrubbers and after burners, the furnaces are ideal for pollution control in processing. Low investment and maintenance costs, ease of operation and a clean working environment are the other salient features of these furnaces.
