Kadimi International offers Furnaces. Features: energy saving, clean heat treatment to achieve low running cost; PLC and PC: fully automatically control by PLC and PC; good charging uniformity, atmosphere and temperature uniformity; various types of protective atmosphere (Methanol gas, Nitrogen + Methanol gas, Endothermic and Exothermic gas and quenching media (oil quenching, water or water-based solution quenching). All the important parts, such as heat preserving materials, heating elements, atmosphere control device and electric control components are imported or famous brand to guarantee good equipment quality. These furnaces are available in eight models - hardening capacity: 200-2000 kh/hr; carburising capacity: 80-1500 kg/hr; and total length: from 26 m to 44 m. The electrically heated, mesh belt type carburising quenching & tempering furnace has applications in automatically feeding, washing, quenching, tempering, dyeing and drying for various kinds of works such as mechanical parts, hardware tools and automobile parts are also offered.
