Furnaces

Super Auto Forge Limited (SAF) offers Furnaces. These are heat treatment furnaces, and available in the following types- pit type; bell type; seal quench type; and continuous hardening type. The following finish treatment facilities are available: anodising; zinc plating; chrome plating. These modern process lines are equipped with excellent automatic process control system supported by fully approved effluent treatment plan. Both in process and final product heat treatment are carried out in-house. The company is also equipped with testing machines such as eddy current tester, magnaflux and ultra sound tester, manufacturer of cold forged/cold extruded steel and aluminium components in the automotive industry in India.
