Quartet Thermal Engineering offers Furnaces for heat treatment of hgh tensile fasteners. The company takes up design, manufacture and supply of both continuous and batch type furnaces. The continuous models are available in the range of 20 to 30 kg/hr, 40 to 50 kg/hr, 50 to 65 kg/hr, 80-120 kg/hr, and 120 to 175 kg/hr. The furnaces are shaker hearth type and supplied with an oil quenching tank and a conveyerised quenching system. The system is fully automatic and material fed from one end are delivered at the other end duly heat treated and quenched. The above system can also be fitted with automatic loading conveyor, continuous pre washing and post washing equipment and a continuous tempering furnace. In this system, the materials also are fully tempered and delivered at the end without manual intervention.
