Fully Automatic LPG/LNG Burner

Heat Gen Services manufactures fully automatic LPG/LNG gas burners incorporating safety features. It has auto purge, auto flame detection and auto ignition system. It also has a false flame detection system, which detects false flame during ignition, and shut-off the same if false flame is detected during the start up. It can be directly hooked up to any temperature controller. To achieve fine control of temperature over set point, Heat Gen Services offers a unique Hi-Lo system having a two set point temperature controller with an accuracy to the tune of ? 3 degree Celsius. The burner is best suited for powder curing, drying, tempering, glass annealing furnaces and oven. The company also undertakes complete conversion of electric furnaces, and ovens and driers to gas fired ones. Capacity of these burners ranges from 20,000 to 1,00,000 kCal/h
