Shachi Engineering offers Fluidised Spray Dryer. This is used for a wide range of products like food industry, dyes industry, etc. Advantages: dustless, free-flowing product; high thermal efficiency; most suitable for hygroscopic powders; excellent for agglomerated or granulated products. The dryer combines the advantages of fluidisation and spray drying technologies. This drying air enters from the top of the drying chamber through air distributor. Atomisation of the feed can be through atomisation system. This product gets dried up and then fed into the second-stage drying for agglomeration/granulation. The chamber is specially shaped to facilitate the second-stage drying. This dryer?s base contains a stationary fluid bed.
