Exclusives: insulation with SC cladding of the operational surfaces of equipment to minimise heat dissipation in the production area; and continuity of fluidisation during mechanical dust declogging with sectional segregation of filter bag section connected to a specially designed exhaust outlet.
- Air treatment: pre-air filtration by 20 micron filters; secondary air filtration by 5 micron filters; final air filtration through HEPA (0.3 micron) filters as an optional feature; air dehumidification on special demand; monoblock construction - retarding chamber and expansion chamber are made in single piece construction to enhance GMP and to facilitate hygienic cleaning
- Solid flow sensor monitor: dust monitor installation to detect leak on filter bags to avoid material loss and air pollution; inlet/ exhaust location - several alternatives to suit customer requirements; CIP - on special demand
- Control: by PLC monitor with printer as optional; capacity offered - 5 to 10 kg; 30 to 40 kg; 60 to 70 kg; 100 to 120 kg; 150 to 160 kg; 200 to 220 kg; and 250 to 260 kg
