Fluid bed dryer

Solace Engineers, manufacturer of pharmaceutical machinery, offers fluid bed dryer spray granulator coater. A fluid bed is understood to be a layer of granular solid through which air streams upward with such a velocity that the particles are slightly lifted and separated but not entrained. The product in fluid bed system behaves like a boiling liquid in which the particles move up and down and mix constantly. For this reason the heat and mass transfer at the particles is effected uniformly and also rapidly due to large heat exchange area. Features: air diffuser chamber with large heat exchange area; processed air with auto damper controller; air pressure clamping rings for filter bags; product bowl with mobile trolley and viewing window; top mounting pneumatically operated filter bag shaking device; pneumatically operated uniform lifting of product container; pneumatically operated product container"s safety locking system; and a solid rubber gasket fitted in a groove at the flange of air diffuser chamber to prevent leakage of air.
