Flames air heaters

Ushma Engineers manufacturs flames air heaters designed for industrial process systems. Indirect air heaters are packaged type designed for high output, high efficiency, ease of maintenance and maximum space conservation. For customer convenience, the company offers total pre-wired and pre-piped assembly. The user need to only provide single point fuel and electric connections. All burners are interchangeable from oil to gas or vice-versa. Flame air heaters are designed to provide unmatched performance in air heating. These air heaters are a product of more than 10 years of industrial combustion experience and features. Shell and tube seal welded heat exchanger/combustion chamber with heat exchanger materials (stainless steel) are chosen specifically. Indirect air heaters provide heat without contamination from combustion by-products. The outer casing is made in galvanized steel before oven painting. Heaters are fitted with metal inner heat shields and fitted with powerful centrifugal fans to extract maximum heat from the combustion chamber/heat exchanger. These are designed to fire on light and medium fuel oil; also fired on natural, propane, or butane gas (options available on request). Applications: rotogravure printing; drying tumbler/chamber; corrugation boxes; space heating; urea formaldehyde; pharmaceuticals; foundries; bricks manufacturing; plastics; tobacco drying; food industries; textile; pulses and cereals; laminations and adhesive tapes; mineral drying; ceramics manufacturing; automotive; drying alloy steel strips.
