The Pioneer Morgan electric resistance high efficiency bale out furnace, Mk IV, is supplied from 42 kW to 120 kW power inputs. This is available with contactor or thyristor control panels and in a range of capacities from 135-1500 kg of aluminium. This furnace is suitable for melting and holding aluminium, zinc and other alloys. A basic low cost range is also available. Specifications: available in 42, 46, 54, 72 and 120 kW capacities, 135-1500 kg aluminium and 360-3000 kg zinc.
