Drying system

Toshniwal Systems & Instruments offers drying system for powders using the technology of mechanical fluidized mixing wherein energy and product is mixed in best possible way avoiding local over heating and local over drying. Several process can be done, ie, mixing; spraying/coating; heating; sterilization; drying; granulation; cooling. The system can be designed as closed loop to recover the liquid evaporated during drying. It has high thermal efficiency approximately 80% and hence low cost of energy per tonne of product compared to other drying system. Typical application: the equipment is used in filter cake, animal feed, composites, glass frit, detergents, fertilizers, ceramics, plastics, food products, pharmaceuticals, powder metals and soil remediation.
