The Sigma 4 is a patented Vacuum Pressdryer without fans stainless steel construction for the fully automatic drying process of sawn timber of all species and thickness. Control of all drying parameters, including pressure, takes place over the Windows program "Universal PC2000". The manufacturers claim that the drying speed is approximately three times faster compared to vacuum dryers with fans, while wood is stress relieved and flattened (ironing effect).
