Double Cone Rotary Vacuum Dryers

Double Cone Rotary Vacuum Dryers (DCRVDs) are very similar to DCBs. These dryers are used for vacuum drying of heat sensitive materials. The main double cone body of the Blender is provided with external jacket for heating/drying of powders/granules under vacuum. Heating is generally done by hot water or steam due to heat sensitive nature of the material. DCRVDs are provided with mechanical seal, rotary seal, solid separator cyclone, inert gas purging and heavy-duty direct drive.
