Continuous Vacuum Drying

Continuous vacuum drying in a mechanically fluidised bed is possible by using proprietary interlocking valves with automated retention time adjustment. The product is charged continuously through rotary lock in one end and travels through the vessel at a determined rate controlled by rotor speed and retention wire opening. The dried product leaves through another rotary valve on a continuous basis. The Continuous Vacuum Dryer and Reactor (CVDR) can also be-equipped to perform chemical reactions under pressure with excellent mixing and heat-transfer capabilities.
