Compact Air Dryers

Gem Equipments Limited offers compressed air dryers and accessories, cooling towers, chilling plants, dry coolers, etc., to serve the industrial needs. Compact air dryer occupies no floor space as it is wall-mounted, easy to operate, no moving parts and highly reliable, least maintenance and electronic timer enables accurate cyclic timing. Dried air as per requirements of ISO 8573 –1, Class 3-3-4 is obtained. It is designed to meet the requirements of ISO 7183 and for efficient working with least pressure drop and is powder-coated for aesthetic look and additional protection. The tower is of non-corrosive aluminium body and is amply sized to save heat of adsorption. It has stainless steel support screens and air diffusers with large desiccant bed that ensures sufficient contact time to produce -40°C dew point (-60°C is also possible with special desiccant). Each tower is provided with pressure gauge and each dryer is equipped with a pre-filter to produce desiccant from free water contamination, dust, scales etc and an after-filter to avoid desiccant dust carry over. A range of compact dryers is available from the capacity of 10 cfm to 25 cfm with pressure up to 16 bar.
