Cartridge Heaters

Lance Engineers and Consultants offer Cartridge Heaters, PACROD. It is used for plastic moulds, dies, platens, hot plates, seal bars, food service, etc. Its features are: minimal downtime; superior swaged construction; allows for higher watt densities; improves heat transfer; robust crimped-on leads; smaller "no-heat zone"; sealed in a heavy walled PE bag together with a desiccant pouch; and long shelf life packaging ensures minimum moisture absorption and reduces ground fault failures. Performance capabilities: part temperatures to 500°C (932°F), quality 304 stainless steel sheath, watt densities to 31 W/cm² (200 W/in²), and imperial sizes - diameters ranging from 1/4" to 3/4". Voltage options are 100, 110, 120, 220, 230 and 240 V (AC).
