Cartridge Heaters

Girish Electrical offers Cartridge Heaters. They are in-cased in brass sheath. These are brass tube sheathed refractory insulated heater provided with 4" long beaded wire for terminals. Specifications: wattage are given at 230 V & can be supplied in any voltages; can be supplied in any minimum wattage; 11/4 Ø heater has screw type terminals; can be made in SS, MS or incoloy tubes; can be made in 7/16" Ø, 9/16" Ø, 11/16" Ø, 15/16" Ø, 2" Ø and any mm size diameter tube; can be provided with fibre glass wire, Teflon wire or Teflon sleeve in any length; can be provided with porcelain terminal block in 3/4" Ø to 1" Ø heaters. Applications: heaters are used in dies moulds, platens, revolving rolls, plastic injection and extrusion barrels, carton making machines, shoe making machines, etc.
