Brazing Furnaces

Fluidtherm Technology manufactures state-of-the-art mesh belt brazing furnaces of various types for copper, silver and aluminium brazing of mass produced assemblies. Furnaces processing small components are hump back and those processing large components are straight and equipped with gas tight charging doors. Heat input is either by electrical resistance or by gas firing. The furnaces are equipped with multiplane thyristorised heating control for a high degree of cross sectional and longitudinal temperature uniformity. The use of ceramic muffles that last the life of the furnace avoid the annual replacement of expensive alloy steel muffles. The plants are offered with optional in-line dew point control, rapid cooling with gas heat exchanger and closed circuit water cooling that prevents corossion of the water jacket.
