This is an induction heating system, is offered with custom built application suited coils, material handling solutions with complete automation and provides the user the versatility and sophistication, distinguished design and process demand. Specifications: input voltage - 415 V AC; input power - 20 kVA to 266 kVA; output power - 15 kW to 200 kW; output frequency - 3 to 20 kHz; auto heating time - continuous; auto retaining time - NA; duty cycle - 100%; water flow - 25 LPM to 75 LPM; water pressure - 2 bar; circuit protection - flow switches in water circuit over load trip temperature sensor; and automatic feeding - linear continuous feeder, pneumatic feeder job ejection system. Converters are available in low, medium and high frequency designs, featuring the latest in MOSFET and IGBT technology.
