Pratik's high density cartridge heaters are intended to solve problems created by high watt densities, high wattages, excessive vibrations, poor fit or where short heater life is a constant problem. They are said to outlast standard cartridge heaters up to ten times for the same applications. These cartridge heaters can have up to five times the watt density of standard cartridge heaters, and give savings on initial and labour costs involved in replacing the burnt out heaters.Pratik's high density cartridge heaters come in seven different diameters for a complete range of applications. They can be provided with built-in thermocouples as well as with unique design of distributed wattage concentration along the length of cartridges for even heat distribution. Sealed leakage-proof immersion cartridge heaters are Pratik's speciality. These are intended for applications up to 800?C. Standard cartridge heaters are also available for applications up to 400?C.
