Axioms Thermo Furnaces offers Bell Furnaces. These are more suitable for annealing of bearing races, rollers and other components. With special atmosphere, these furnaces are suitable for wire annealing and can also be used for spherodising. Good temperature uniformity and proper sealing can be achieved in these furnaces. With more number of bases, more production can be achieved with less investment. Temperature programming can also be done for achieving precise temperature and to reduce power consumption, thyristor power control is used. The number of heating zones is designed according to the chamber dimension and charge capacity. Apart from electrically heated furnace, oil fired and LPG fired bell furnaces also be offered. Product range also includes sealed quench furnace, bogie hearth furnace, pit type furnace, conveyor furnace aluminium melting and holding furnace, lead baths, etc.
