Band Heaters

Sunrise Products offers Band Heaters. It is used for plastic injection moulding machines, heating dies, platen pipe sections, nozzles. Sheathing of these band heaters are of rust-resistant steel, brass or stainless steel are used with clamps and screws to affix the heater rigidly on cylinders. They are also available in two halves with asbestos heat insulator cover. Heating elements are nichrome ribbon wire would mica strips suitable to the sizes insulated with mica blocks. For temperature up to 600 C, the heaters are also available with helix coiled element insulated with grooved refractories. Standard sizes and capacities include: inner diameter and width of 25 mm to 300mm, voltage range of 230/ 250 V and wattage ranging from 80 to 3000 W.
