Supreme Industrial Heaters offers Band Heaters. These are energy efficient band hears that consist of two layers of asbestos to arrest heat loss and to save 25% energy. The specific gauge of nickel chromium resistance wire with mica helps to withstand higher temperature. Features: sheathing with rust resistant material Nichrome 80/20, in-built insulation pad with asbestos to save power consumption, maximum wattage per square inch is 22, and operating temperature is up to 300°C maximum. Applications: these are widely used in rubber moulding, injection moulding, blow moulding plastic processing machines, sheet extruders, etc. The other range products includes: plastics production machineries such as scrap grinder, colour mixer, hopper dryer, hopper loader, industrial ovens, chain conveyer ovens, mould temperature controllers and mould lifting cranes, etc.
