Air Duct Heaters

Industrials Heators manufactures a range of Air Duct Heaters. These are mainly used to heat up the air flow from initial temperature to ambient temperature to prevent from freezing and provides protection from humidity. These heaters are available in many different shapes, sizes, and configurations with maximum operating temperature. An industrial type air duct heater is standard chrome-nickel steel sheathed tubular with a resistance wire made up of nichrome helical coil and tightly packed by an electrical insulator and heat transfer medium of magnesium oxide. This type of air duct heater is used for direct heat application to the forced air, air flowing ventilation systems, comfort heating application, air pre-heating, heat pump auxiliary systems, multi zone reheating, drying ovens and dehumidifier. These types of duct heaters are available for single bank and multi bank system. Industrials Heators can provide air heaters as custom built to their specification and requirements.
