AIR HEATING BURNER

Eclipse Combustion offers Minnox Air Heating Burners. NOx emission is very low. It is designed for direct-fired air heating where negligible amounts of NOx and CO are required. It is a ideal heat source for industrial drying processes, food industry and make-up air systems. The emissions in the undiluted flue gases are less then 5 ppm NOx and less than 30 ppm CO, referred to 3% oxygen and firing natural gas. It is supplied as packaged units with the burner mixer, and valve train mounted to a duct section or side plate for insertion into the process duct work. Characteristics: available in wide range of configurations from 125 kW to 7500 kW (0.43 to 26.00 million Btu/ hr) based upon standard burners; good temperature uniformity; modular designed burners - sections can be added to increase capacity; 125 kW/per module of 150 mm length (430,000 Btu/ 6 inch); complete assembly including all necessary control and safety devices; for use in either fresh air systems or in recirculating air systems; combustion chamber light weight, all metal (without ceramic fibres); the modular design allows the burner to be incorporated in new process air heating systems as well as replacing the present burners in existing installations; can burn any commercial gaseous fuel - natural gas, propane, butane or propylene; high turndown ratio of 10:1 on a single burner.
