Air heaters, oil fired

New Delhi based Technomate Engineering Systems offers high efficiency indirect fired air heaters. These are ideal systems for industries having high requirement of heat yet need compact/portable designed equipment for maintaining highest levels of safety standards. The heaters are designed with a flue outlet connection ensuring only warm clean air is distributed from the warm air outlet. The design of the heat exchanger ensures that the heater operates to a high level of efficiency. The heat exchanger and combustion chamber are made out of stainless steel and it reduces operation costs by almost half as compared to conventional electric heating. The heaters can be operated on a DG set of low capacity and are mounted with handle and wheels that make movement easy. These heaters are fitted with fully automatic imported oil burners for better fuel efficiency and suitable for drying, curing and heating purposes. These find application in timber drying, chemical process plants, powder drying, paper drying, cloth drying, paint booths and tray dryers, etc. Heaters are available in outputs ranging from 20 kW to 300 kW.
