- Drying is carried out by a well designed forced cross flow type air circulating fans; air is being heated by passing over to strip heater or steam heating coil and the heated air while passing over the trays
- Carries moisture from the material and once again passes over the heater fitted on the opposite side, thus completing the circulation
- Through this forced air circulation and by manipulating the inlet and outlet damper a very high rate of heat transfer can be achieved; drying ovens are constructed from strong MS angle iron frame work and MS sheet forming double wall
- The cavity between two wall is filled with glass wool which provide adequate insulation when the oven is operated at maximum temperature
- The range is used in industries like chemical, dyes and inter meditates, pharmaceutical, and food products colors.
