The furnace is very user friendly and customized operator interfaces, operating process. Constant DC voltage is used for operating this melting furnace. This is an ultra fast furnace and ensures protection of inverter devices against over-current. Further, the power factor of the furnace is sustained at 0.98 at all power levels.
