DAET Systems offers Diablo and Santana model Pyrolysis Ovens. Diablo systems with an accurately controlled atmosphere are recommended for small tools cleaning, mainly in the plastics industry such as spinnerets, screens, injection nozzles etc. The typical cleaning time of this system is 1.5 to 4 hours. Santana systems work according to the same principle as the Diablo but are usually employed for larger parts with minor contamination. The typical cleaning time of this system is 6 to 10 hours.
