Muffle Furnace

Bio Technics India offers a Muffle Furnace, Model BTI-36. These furnaces are widely used in chemical and other industries. Constructed using qualitative materials, these muffle furnaces are available in customised options, as per the specifications provided by customers. Features: light weight and fast heating equipment; beneficial for ashing, fissions, igniting and heat treating of small parts in chemical, industrial fields, colleges; outside body fabricated with heavy gauge MS/GI duly powder coated; high temperature insulating material used for inner muffle; maximum temperature capacity 1000°C/1200°C; working temperature 930°C/1130°C; heating elements made up of kanthal wire, extremely beneficial for the muffle; digital temperature controller cum indicator used for controlling temperature; uniform distribution of heat with kanthal wire; control panel equipped with indicating lamps and switches; for protecting the elements in case of over heating, there is a special solid state silver fuse; and operates on 230 V AC only.
