HTB Furnace

Shikovi Heat Gen Technologies offers a HTB Furnace. This is a high temperature furnace with handling capacity of 1200°C to 1300°C with thyristor fired electrical heaters and a sealed chamber of nitride bonded silicon carbide muffle. The furnace is highly insulated with insulation bricks and ceramic fibre to avoid heat loss. PLC operated hydraulic mechanism with piston and cylinder assembly is provided for up-down movement and in-out movement of loading-unloading bench, also for up-down movement of the door. AC motor driver assembly is provided for clockwise and anti clock wise operation of the load bench. Auto cycle execution is possible for application. The furnace provided with Auto/Manual mode for overall operation. Applications: for all types of high temperature metallurgical heat treatment up to 1300oC with inert or oxidising atmospheres.
