Electrically heated or fuel fired melting cum holding furnace is used for melting and holding the melted metal for casting. The mould can also be rotated at certain speed (RPM) for proper mixing of alloys and low density material to surface on the periphery. Electrically heated sintering furnace is used for sintering ferrous and non ferrous component and bimetal strips for automobile parts/bearing. Rotary retort furnace is extremely versatile for heat treatment of mass produced small components, and can be used for any of the heat treatment processes like scale free hardening under controlled atmosphere, gas carburising, carbo nitriding, normalising, tempering, etc. Technotherma (India) Pvt Ltd is established in the year 1988 and is engaged in the efficient production, supplying and exporting of supreme quality heat treatment furnaces.
