Acme Process Heat Furnaces (P) Ltd is a pioneer in design and manufacture of special purpose gas and electrically heated Heat Treatment Furnaces for a variety of applications. These furnaces are specially designed to suit the customers’ requirements and are commissioned and guaranteed by the company for performance. Over the past few years to date the company has manufactured more than 25 units. Step continuous type and continuous conveyor copper brazing furnaces have been supplied to customers all over the country. Furnaces for copper brazing of mild steel and stainless steel components have been manufactured with associated atmosphere generators. For bright brazing of stainless steel components the company has developed the continuous hump back conveyor furnaces suitable for operation with cracked ammonia atmosphere having a dew point of minus 80ºC. The surface finish of the finished component is so bright that it gets tarnished if exposed to outside atmosphere for long or even if it is touched with bore hands. The conveyor speed and furnace temperatures can be varied to suit the component under process. Facility of fast cooling can be provided for annealing of SS components. The company’s team of engineers ensures that the furnaces supplied are maintained and are available for continuous production.
